Christine Glory Balboa is the Founder and Lead Real Estate Broker of Palawan High Grounds Realty, where she is committed to helping clients make informed, secure, and strategic real estate decisions. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Real Estate Management, a unique combination that allows her to approach real estate with both technical precision and investment insight. This multidisciplinary background enables her to evaluate properties beyond their market value—considering their long-term development potential, legal standing, and strategic opportunities.

Prior to establishing Palawan High Grounds Realty, Christine gained extensive experience in corporate land acquisition, working on complex real estate projects involving large-scale property acquisitions, land consolidation, title processing, due diligence, and investment planning throughout Palawan. These experiences strengthened her expertise in navigating the technical, legal, and commercial aspects of real estate transactions.

Today, she represents homeowners, investors, developers, and corporations in a wide range of real estate services, including property acquisitions, sales, lease representation, title processing, investment advisory, and comprehensive due diligence.
